terms of services!

Payment:
I accept payments through paypal, venmo, and cashapp. I also like to barter, but please check my prices to see if I am currently accepting barters.Payment should be half up-front, and half after I have finished! This is mostly to prevent scams lol.Pieces will most likely be finished within one to two weeks (I have lots of school work and a life outside of art!) but if the piece exceeds this time frame, a discussion will be had on whether or not the commission should continue. If it is decided the commission will not continue, I will refund up-front payment!

Process:
The commissioner will be fully involved in my process! This means I will share references, ideas, sketches, and more throughout the process.I will most likely do multiple sketches. Once a sketch is chosen I will refine and then line it! Once I have lined the piece, I will only make minor changes as requested by the commissioner. After lineart, everything else can be changed as requested! This includes colour, background, and additional details.

Rights:
I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.I have the right to use the art work for portfolio and example uses. (please talk to me about this if you are not comfortable with this!)My art may not be reproduced, copied, commercially distributed, used for AI training, or traced.

What I will draw:
- Furries
- Humans
- Feral Animals
- Warrior cats, MLP, Pokemon (ask about other fandoms!)
- Gore
(I can attempt to draw more complex things such as mechs but I cannot promise it will be great lol)What I won't draw:
- NSFW (not ready to draw NSFW for other people)
- Illegal shit
- Proship, etc
- Anything I feel uncomfortable with!
